✅ Automate reminders – Utilize cloud accounting tools to send gentle reminders before due dates.  
✅ Pick up the phone early – A polite call 1–2 days after the due date often does more than 5 emails.  
✅ Know your customer – Understand their payment cycles and cashflow realities. Flex where it makes sense.
