Technical Sales Officer

Responsibilities: pro-actively developing and implementing relationship management strategies with new and existing clients in conjunction with the Business Development / Sales Management teams. Helping them redevelop their marketing strategy, developing client trust and utilising service strategies in the provision of outstanding customer service levels.  Provide direct support to pre and post sales service lines. Helping to generate business for existing sales staff by attending trade shows whilst also helping to gain and input new standards. Responsible for customer data protection and confidentiality assurance while operating under the Code of Integrity.
 
Achievements:  Implementation and execution of pro-active, customer service focused communications strategy. Significant growth, knowledge and use of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems as a critical customer management and business tool, while driving both sales and reporting services as well as predictive business opportunities through the use of adaptive customer modelling. As well as an uplift in marketing due to leads coming in specifically from the website.

Professionally represent the ‘Face of the Business’ through pro-active development and implementation of relationship management strategies in conjunction with the Business Development / Sales Management teams, fostering pro-active customer engagement, developing client trust and utilising pro-active service strategies in the provision of outstanding customer service levels. Achievements:  Consistently achieved in excess of 120% against projected targets across the multitude of roles performed. As well has bring branch customer service from 67% to 89%.
