• The school's owner 'Maria Fondler' was about to close the online operations due to increased advertising costs. I created a plan and expanded the operations to more than 30 countries, making the school's owner an authority in the art training niche.
• Added more than 20,000 paying students to the online school through paid marketing initiatives. 
• Increased the front-end ROI from 1.2x to 2.5x in a year and increased the advertising budget to USD 30,000 per month.
• Made partnerships with other artists in the same niche to create an affiliate model, expanding the company's overall revenue without investing in paid acquisition channels.
• Added Google as an advertising channel for the company when things went wrong on Facebook after the IOS 14.5 update.

I worked as a paid acquisition specialist mainly focused on Facebook Advertising. The objective of my onboarding was to scale the paid acquisition efforts of the App while keeping the CPA in control. As a result of the paid marketing initiatives, the App got more than 10M downloads and is one of the top Apps on the App store to date.

Top Initiatives:
•  Managed an overall budget of $500,000 per month on Facebook Advertising.
•  Improved the CPA from $40 to $25 within a year.
•  Introduced and implemented unique creatives for each placement.
•  Asked Facebook representatives to allow us to create a 20% look-alike audience (which is normally not possible), and they did it for us.

• The company had its products in-store already and wanted to create its footprints online. I worked on establishing the brand as a pioneer in delicious plant-based cheese alternatives.
• Planned and executed strategies to grow the social channels and increased their following from 0 to 100,000+ in a short span of 3 months.
• Created social media branding and content for online posting and advertising initially. 
• Created online competitions where participants from all over the world shared their vegan recipes with our social media team. This helped in both, creating a brand identity, and getting our name across to a targeted audience.
