- Implemented the company's first unit-stock-control system, involving significant data manipulation of over 300,000 distinct products and trained 50+ employees on new processes. The system now manages millions of products across more than 40 departments.

Head Of Business Development (Data & Innovations)

Property Department Responsibilities: 
- Introduced and implemented a new cloud-based property management database (Re-leased), to digitise the property portfolio for 140 tenancies across 5 companies. 
- This database facilitated remote invoicing, accounting, reporting and tenancy management and moved the department closer to a paper-less workplace.
- Used Excel and Google Sheets to create and maintain the cost/investment accounts for multiple development projects.
- Assist with managing relationships with tenants, contractors and local authorities for a mixed portfolio of over 70 commercial, residential and office premises.
- Designed spreadsheets to semi-automate utilities billing and calculation. 

Retail Responsibilities: 
- Central in digitisation projects to modernise the business including introduction of unit stock control and Slack company wide. 
- Set up the new Sports & Fitness department - the first department with complete digital stock management.
- Helped with the company's increased focus on e-commerce, social media and online marketing www.danielstores.co.uk.
- Designed and project managed a new Menswear Shoe area. 
- Driving force behind new pop-up store initiative, supporting local businesses and brands while they test their ideas in a busy retail space.
