Led 7 cross-functional and eventually overlapping teams for a client based in US and Canada, each comprising up to 50 developers and designers. I utilized adequate Agile methodologies for each team such as Scrum and Kanban, led ceremonies as required, and received excellent feedback for all teams.
Among other things, I:
- As an Operations Specialist, I fostered the financial health of the account, and kept updated internal reports for the Portfolio Vice President
- As a Project Manager, I also had the chance to coach other colleagues in best practices, not only in methodologies but also in keeping their P&Ls clean

I successfully led the team that maintained a SAP module using waterfall methodologies, which resulted in my own promotion. Additionally, I participated in the team that led the progress from discovery to the development of very complex calculations for the tool, all based on agile methodologies. This effort resulted in the creation of an entirely new forecasting solution.
Aditionally, I mastered project management skills by proactively studying waterfall and agile methodologies by my own initiative.

Corporate Solution Architect - Project Manager - Center of Expertice

I coordinated and modeled the annual forecast for 30,000 FTEs and their corresponding quarterly adjustments in collaboration with finance and the business stakeholders, obtaining final sign-off. This resulted in my first promotion.
Among other things, I:
- Managed comprehensive data update processes within SAP
- Also managed the monthly update of forecast in other internal tools

Global Groups and Corporate Functions Forecaster - Resource Forecasting and Planning

Led all the forecasting efforts following the Center of Expertise (CoE) guidelines, ensuring that onshore forecasters were kept updated on all relevant news and that they updated correct information in SAP and other internal tools on time. Under my guidance, our team achieved zero errors.
Among other things, I:
- Trained new forecasters in tasks, deadlines and tools
- Regional Supply and Demand Leads relied on me as Point of Contact for anything they needed related to forecasting or reporting

Forecaster for Gallia Region - Resource Forecasting and Planning

Orchestrated forecasting efforts for call centers across multiple locations and time zones to improve our results and achieve maximum efficiency. This resulted in an increase in our operation and my appointment as Senior BPS, where I became responsible for my colleagues' business plans.
Among other things, I:
- Reported directly to upper management and clients
- Invoiced per month based in seconds of work- there was no place for differences
