I am accountable for delivery for our client's Direct Source platform. 

Buzzwords in this space that are core to what I do:

-Talent Curation Manager | I enable a team of "Talent Curators" (I'm old fashioned, I call my teammates recruiters). My leadership ethos focuses on partnership, empowerment and enablement. *Always* learning. 

-Talent Pools | A well crafted talent pool strategy can create massive leverage for a program. I create the strategy and work with recruiters to implement valuable, streamlined talent pools that..you know..work!

-Governance | I develop governance solutions that refuse to create frustration or confusion. My standard is to create processes that drive trust, efficiency, and harmony.

If I was a dev, I'd either be writing back end systems in Go OR telling my boss to migrate from Java to Go. 

But I'm a recruiter so I live vicariously through the engineers I speak with.
