As the Owner of OM Sales Coaching & Consulting, I provide sales coaching, fractional sales management and training to businesses across all market sectors including government and public sector. I am also associated with both Janek Performance Group and MySalesCoach. Janek Performance Group is one of the world's leading sales training companies. I facilitate workshops and coaching sessions for a wide range of companies across many market sectors. I also provide 1-2-1 and group coaching for MySalesCoach, a company that leads the way to provide personalized sales coaching to sales professionals across the globe. With over 25 years of sales leadership experience, I help my clients grow their sales revenue and improve their deal velocity by mastering sales skills and implementing sales processes. I founded this company after a successful career as a Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In my time as a sales leader I broke records and led my teams to achieve over 50% sales growth in multiple years, while coaching, mentoring, and training them to excel in their roles. I also built an enterprise account and project group to shift the business into large-scale commercial space. My goal is to help business owners who suffer from sales management headaches by offering them a part-time, experienced, and expert sales leader who can grow their sales while they build their business.
