Aaron is a major shareholder and advisor to the company, sitting currently in a director position while the company is in the process of closing  a transaction with Snow Lake, nasdaq listed under ticker LITM. The company is selling off its Namibia Asset in a muli-million gross total transaction with a mix of Cash and Shares.

Amuka Developments is a Real Estate firm, focusing on value-add and infill development in Canadian primary and secondary markets. 

Project 1: 
-Q1 2020 - West Street, a 4.45 acre site in Brantford Ontario with a goal to obtain a site plan approval for a 230+ unit apartment development on ~210,000 SF GFA.
-Q3 2020 - Found a buyer for the subject site  and waived conditions  on August  27th 2020. 
-Q4 2020- Sold the subject site December 31 2020

Real Crowd Capital

R2 Investments (Real Crowd Capital), a mid-market real estate investment banking firm formerly registered under The Securities Act in Ontario. 

Aaron was Responsible for the underwriting, analysis and overall financial architecture for equity & debt private placements. Aaron was also tasked with assisting the firm in preparing detailed financial reports as part of its reporting obligations (Financial Audit and Securities Compliance) 

The firm placed over $500M in Debt and equity during Aaron's tenure, and he was responsible for the structuring of more than $120M of senior and mezzanine debt financing for mid-market development and construction projects across Canadian primary and secondary markets.
