Grade A Investments was formed to use as a platform for consulting and investments for companies across a broad range of industries, ranging from restaurants and entertainment, chemical engineering, clothing and fashion.

In working with both privately held and publicly traded companies, my experience has been to assist in the development of a broad range of projects, which include Debt & Equity Financing, Finance, Projections, Investor Relations, Value Creation (both internally and externally), and Exit Strategies.

Founded in 2011, CannaSafe is proud to be the first fully ISO accredited cannabis and hemp testing lab in the world, relentlessly championing the safe cannabis and hemp movement. With integrity at the heart of who we are, CannaSafe works earnestly to provide businesses with the highest-quality, most accurate testing data available, ensuring that the products they grow, manufacture, and distribute are safe and effective for medicinal or recreational use. 

Presented “California Cannabis: A Lab Perspective” to the BCC in June 2019. 

Appeared on NBC Nightly News and Fox to shed light on the breaking vaping health crisis (EVALI) by providing safety testing data on legal vs. counterfeit vape cartridges, exposing the fact that illicit market products contained dangerous chemicals and additives and legal market products were safe. 

In 2019, CannaSafe verified over $1 billion in retail products for safe consumption by consumers in California. CannaSafe is expanding nationally to support the legalization of cannabis and increased need for hemp and CBD testing throughout the country.

A Health and Technology focused entrepreneur with the goal of making a positive impact on as many individuals health as possible. Currently focused on achieving that mission via testing and data. Subject matter expert in the field of cannabis and hemp safety testing. Currently leading Certified Testing and Data. 

Formerly took active ownership over CannaSafe—the first ISO accredited cannabis testing lab in the world— in 2016 and increased sales over 12,000% in 3 years. 

Has become a fervent and outspoken advocate for consumer safety and social equity issues. Appeared on NBC Nightly News twice in Q4 of 2019, breaking news on the national vape crisis and accumulating over 3 billion media impressions. 

Recipient of Americans for Safe Access (ASA) 2019 Business Advocate of the Year award. Active in cannabis and hemp regulation, cannabis related criminal expungement programs.
