We're prone to overcharging, being unable to provide definitive answers to questions, and providing a customer experience that's far from ideal. That's never sat well with me. It's pretty straightforward. I ask questions to understand your problem and your goals, and then we work through how to get you from Point A to Point B in a way that works for your budget, timeline, and risk tolerance. The result is a lot of happy clients, referrals from clients and other lawyers, and a reputation for delivering practical, responsive, and cost-effective legal advice. I'm certainly not afraid of fixed fees/giving quotes. After all, I wouldn't want to pay for any service where the bill would be a complete mystery at the end.
