When I was younger, my grandmother and I spent thousands of hours scanning old family pictures and creating videos with them. I had no idea I would be editing videos professionally down the road! While serving in the United States Air Force, leadership quickly picked up on my ability to create content and capitalized on it when they could. I used my video editing skills to: >Gain buy-in from leadership on a previously rejected project >Pitch the reorganization of the Air Force Medical System, the video was viewed by the Secretary of the Air Force and the reorg was approved >Educate the public on various public health concerns >Educate program managers on work functions and responsibilities Learning that I could use my graphic design and video editing skills outside of the military, I decided to pursue my creative passions.
