Acts as subject matter expert and talent consultant for hiring officials in all matters related to recruitment, sourcing, selecting and hiring of staff.
Follows our recruiting process and keeps data real-time in our TalentCentral.

Technical Recruiter (Military Recruiting)

US Army

Oversees and manages four employee training managers responsible for more than 290 recruiting employees, 39 recruiting offices and seven Regional Talent Acquisition Companies geographically dispersed throughout the S. Texas region that develops and conducts needs based training. 

•	Coordinated and conducted primary instruction for policy, doctrine, new information management systems and technology changes that led to an increase of 12% across the organization for new hires. 
•	Identified training deficiencies and developed a needs-based training plan in conjunction with the organizations vision and mission statement reducing company turnover by 15% within a 6 month period.
•	Designed and launched Talent Acquisition processes from requisition to onboarding. 
•	Created and taught online and in-person classes for hiring managers on Talent Acquisition processes and interview training.

Advised the chief executive officer and regional director on policy, directives, and regulations concerning all enlistment and market segmentation analysis. Developed and implemented operational plans for execution to drive customer satisfaction, efficiency and productivity. Acted as a liaison with partner organization and with higher headquarters. Supervised robust training and certifcation management program to support personnel assigned to the organization. Managed direct reporting for of over 25 employees in the regional headquarters and two military entrance processing centers in San Antonio and El Paso TX.

Nashville Tennessee Director of Operations and Training Management

Talent Acquisition Director for an Army Recruiting Company dispersed in an area spread over 9,700 square miles with a population of 1.4 million; responsible for the health, safety, morale and training of 45 personnel; sets and enforced high standards on conduct, training, professional development, and operations; controlled and synchronized faculties, equipment, and vehicles in excess of $450K; assisted the commander in planning, coordinating and supervising all activities that support the unit's mission; promoted community awareness and support for the Army and its recruiting goals.

Director of Talent Acquisition

Recruited the Army's most talented and professional Soldiers into the most challenging and recognized roles in the Special Operations Community (US Army Special Forces, Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Officers and Soldiers) throughout the entire Pacific Rim which consisted of Hawaii, Korea and Japan. Identified Soldiers who had the potential to overcome the physical and mental challenges to become among the world most elite fighting force.

Directed and led an Army recruiting station in an area covering 852 square miles with a population of 400,000; managed 10 recruiting employees and was responsible for their professional development, morale, health and welfare; accounted for and trained new and future hires awaiting entry onto active duty; maintained relationships with 12 high schools, two colleges and influencers in the local community; implemented and maintained a recruiting station production management system (ATS) to include the planning and execution of lead generation activities; maintained control and accountability of equipment valued at $200,000; responsible for the station meeting its assigned annual recruiting objectives.
