Based in the heart of the city I have built City Hypnosis practice into one of the leading hypnotherapy practices in London. me and my team of expert hypnotherapist's have worked with thousands of clients across a broad spectrum of treatments with high success rates based on client feedback. Treatments include, weight loss/management, stop sugar, stop smoking, stress, anxiety, confidence, addictions, unwanted habits, phobias, managing anger, motivation, depression and number of other issues.

We have been featured in the media prominently. I have been seen helping a client on the BBC3 Cherry Healey show "Are we all addicts?". Helping a woman with escalator phobia who wrote about me curing her phobia in the Guardian, article "Panic Stations". I have been featured discussing hypnotherapy on "BBC Breakfast News" and on Simon Mayo's popular BBC Radio 2 "Drivetime" show. We have been featured in The Sun newspaper on Sky television and a number of other media all showcasing my successful hypnotherapy work.

I also regularly receive clients referred to me privately from a variety of consultants and GP's on the basis of my results. I have helped many diabetics type 1 as well as type 2 to stop eating sugary foods and drinks and they note their blood sugar levels reduce significantly in the days and weeks following hypnosis. We also assist with weight loss and those at high risk of developing diabetes. 

Our services include 1 to 1 sessions, groups sessions as well as a range of digital products apps, downloads and online programmes which also enjoy consistently high success rates based on client feedback.
