Our role is to elevate the design standards for the brand within the larger marketing organization. Our work spans across all surface areas from brand identity, marketing web, video & film, motion design, and digital campaigns. We collaborate with our xf-functional partners to create unity across the entire brand experience from awareness to conversion and everything in between.

Led the brand refresh for one of the most dominant fintech brands in the world. My role as the CD for the global brand systems team was to reshape and reinvent from the ground up. My team's role is to empower the entire creative organization to show up as a unified brand. We do this by developing new design primitives, brand assets, and custom built tools, all made fully accessible for the decentralized global design team.
