•	Conducted a Rapid Improvement Event, using Six Sigma methodology, to reduce no show appointments by 50% within the Occupational Health Department.

•	Assess Emergency Department utilization rates and analyze proposed programs to determine effectiveness in reducing ED utilization.
•	Worked with risk manager to assess how the organization employs TeamSTEPPS throughout the hospital and the impact it has had on reducing medical errors.

Intern

Marine Corps Logistics Operations Group

•	Utilize Joint Deployment Logistics Model simulation to create multi-functional medical-driven scenarios involving casualty treatment, medical planning, patient flow, medical supply management, distribution, and patient tracking.
•	Direct efforts of 10-member civilian and uniformed staff to plan and implement simulation, integration, and networking projects for two training venues hosting 12 exercises per year, 60 students per class.
•	Develop and present weekly reports on training, database, and systems status; communicate proper utilization and capabilities of simulation systems.
•	Eliminated 300 hours of simulation training setup by streamlining front-end analysis and data collection procedures.
•	Served as subject matter expert during USMC’s first live, virtual, and constructive training event with 10,000 participants; identified systems architecture requirements as well as performance gaps for acceptance testing.
•	Coordinated installation, scheduling, and maintenance of systems worth $18.4 million.
