-As an intrapreneur, I am working on ArtLeove Creative, a new marketing agency by ArtLeove. This reinvigoration and changing of business model is helping us position ArtLeove in a different light to our new target audience.

This opportunity is truly inspirational, my key responsibilities are:
-Continuous and in depth research on the trends in the industry, media and pop culture with a specific focus on emerging women artists and art composed by women in general. I also keep a close watch on how women express their art and their emotions through the medium of visual arts.
-Researching and connecting with women led organizations that invest in emerging women entrepreneurs. I am also responsible for understanding and reporting any sessions, events or live webinars on women supporting women.
-Creating a solid brand identity for the next 5 years keeping in mind brand positioning at the core of the plan. I am also consistently working on the brand vision and new subranding plans.
-Drafting out of the box guerrilla marketing campaigns in the UK-campaigns that can infuse positivity and love to the lives of the people in the UK. Campaigns that involve massive collaboration, impactful content and the right themes that sync in with the pop culture.
-Creating thought leadership action plans that syncs in with the brand vision and mission.
-Creating a 360 degree communication campaign that includes market research, branding plan, marketing strategy, digital strategy, content and creative strategy, PR strategy, investor relations and does not miss out on anything crucial.
-Working on artist outreach-connecting with leading & emerging women artists that have the power to add love and light to the lives of one and all.
-Consistently and simultaneously reaching out to brands and artists for collaborations and creating sound brand campaigns for their visibility and growth.
-Learning about Chatgpt, trust pilot, statista, later, to enhance the quality of the research and the campaigns

Working at this organization was absolutely a learning experience. I learned a lot about the way graphics shape up brand image. This was also a great opportunity to understand Indian fashion to its very core and connect and learn from important influencers in the country. I was responsible for directing the shoot concept and creating the overall Instagram look and feel of the brand. Everything you can imagine for the brand is possible with low budget, this was one of the biggest lessons in my professional journey as the brand was stretched from 200 followers to 8000 followers with limited resources.
