I was really excited to be a part of this inspiring role -with a high spirited founder Derya Uluc, who has built this brand with so much passion and a mission to talk about emerging women artists worldwide. 
I learned a lot about investor pitching and was directly working under the mentorship of the founder. I created 'idea sheets' weekly, communicated and pitched to various artists and worked on the overall creative strategy.

-As an intrapreneur, I was working on ArtLeove Creative, a new marketing agency by ArtLeove. This reinvigoration and changing of business model helped us position ArtLeove in a different light to our new target audience. 
We aim to provide out of the box and new solutions to our clients- brand strategies that are remarkable, laudable and thought provoking.

Creative Director (Founder's Office)

This opportunity was truly inspirational, my key responsibilities were:
-Worked directly under the female founder Derya Uluc's mentorship, learning entrepreneurial skills
-Performed in depth research on the trends in the industry, media and pop culture with a specific focus on emerging women artists (reached out to 30+ women artists for collaboration) and art composed by women in general. 
-Researched and connected with women led organizations that invest in emerging women entrepreneurs, pitched to 20+ investors. Listed out sessions, events or live webinars on women supporting women or women investing for women.
-Created 6 solid brand identity campaign plans and 15+ PR campaign ideas for the next 5 years
-Drafted out of the box guerrilla marketing campaigns for audiences the UK, the idea was to incorporate the Valentine's Day campaign that can infuse positivity and love to the lives of the people in the UK. The theme was #allthingslove and it directly impacted the brand image. 
-Created a 360 degree marketing campaign majorly for audiences in Italy, U.S, Mexico, France. The areas included market research, branding plan, marketing strategy, digital strategy, content and creative strategy, PR strategy, investor relations. (20+content ideas for Instagram)
-Learned about trust pilot, statista, later, to enhance the quality of the research and the campaigns

Challenge-Action-Result
A challenge here was to pitch to the right investor and share our story with solid brand identity and PR roadmap, and the action I took was to submit various brand positioning strategies and alternative plans for the next 5 years that can shape the brand game in the eyes of the stakeholders and investors. I drafted a campaign on Valentine's Day for the audiences in The UK and the result was good engagement on Instagram.

What was truly exciting about this job was that I created the Instagram look from scratch -the creatives and the content. I was responsible for levelling up the brand image and sharing out of the box marketing strategies that can help this emerging and inspiring brand rise in The Netherlands. This is the kind of work I love to do and I really enjoy! 
At Stepout, my task in the beginning of this experience was to find out the future possibilities for the brand-new market segmentation ideas. This was one of the most exciting projects I have worked for as I was mentored directly by two collaborative and spirited entrepreneurs directly from The Netherlands-Ashok Kumar and Aditya Kolari. One of the campaigns I designed increased the traffic by 30 percent and helped the brand gain the love and the engagement with the right audience.

-Worked directly under the founders, learning key aspects of building a startup with collaborative spirit and strategic thinking (used Slack)
-Analyzed Target Customer Segmentation in The Netherlands, media trends and pop culture for insights (on Statista.com)
-Created brand marketing campaigns with creatives (a full Instagram deck of 18 feed posts and 30+ creatives for stories) and content (37+ caption ideas) on later.com for the campaign 'The Meme Way', resulting in traffic increase by 30%

A challenge here was to connect with potential customers in a way that they 'remember' and I came up with a humor based emotional appeal in the communication strategy, which led to higher views and  traffic on Instagram!

I was headhunted for this role by my high school senior and I was allowed a lot of creative freedom to manage the brand.

-Increased audience growth of this female founded start up from 200 followers to 10K in the midst of the pandemic with minimum resources 
-Directed 5+ fashion shoots 
-Pitched to 20+ actors and influencers for marketing collaboration and was responsible for monitoring the campaigns end-to-end
-Regularly collaborated with the graphic designer to produce high quality creatives for the Instagram grids and implemented a new luxe website look for reinvigorating the brand image i.e positioning Stuvi as the luxury ethnic wear 
-Researched on archetypes and demographics and incorporated high performing keywords in digital marketing like "frequent flyers"
-Increased sales revenue by 50% for the product 'White Ruffle Saree' by executing a social media campaign "The Bold Edit" 
-Discovered opportunities and shared ideas to maintain the ROI in the midst of the pandemic. For example, I pitched for barter collaborations, created content strategy for reinvigorating the brand image and researched hashtags every week to drive new traffic
-Worked directly under the mentorship of the female founder Nupur Bansal learning key entrepreneurial and innovation skills
-Analyzed latest trends in the world of luxury ethnic wear to innovate new customized designs for the women, Aged 30+, Self Employed

Challenge-Action-Result
This role was challenging and was more about finding opportunities in the midst of changes and threats during the pandemic. I was responsible for contributing marketing ideas to grow this startup with only 200 followers and here, I learned one of the most important lessons in the world of marketing-that everything is possible, even with limited resources as all we need is a limitless mindset. And the result was 10k followers from 200, in the pandemic

Brand Strategist (Founder's Office)

May I mention that our campaigns and social media tactics helped us, to gain a massive following and profit overnight. With Jishnu Brahma, as my digital marketing head, I worked on intensive research on which blogger would help us increase sales overnight and we used PR campaigns to increase our traffic every week to win over in the market 

-Mentored and led a team of 8 by organizing regular team discussions on Whatsapp groups, focussing on conflict resolution, team unity and operational efficiency
-Collaborated with the Digital Marketing team regularly to monitor and analyze marketing campaigns
-Researched the leading 50+ influencers and pitched them ideas to collaborate with the brand
-Created a marketing plan to level up the engagement from the plus size audience which is, an untapped and exciting category in India. Reach: Likes 526, Dated 9/19/2019
-Increased the new users to 21.1K during the months April-May 2019 within three months of my project initiation and the total follower growth was 11K-17.1K
-Shared ideas for launching a sub brand, usage of Pinterest as new media channel and CSR roadmap to level up the game
-Created 50+ captions 

Challenge-Action-Result
I was able to enhance my team management skills at Afamado, where I mentored a lot of creative and talented individuals. At this role, I solved various crisis situations with prompt conference calls and consistent mentoring to solve professional and time management issues. It was indeed a challenging role that demanded great communication and ethical leadership skills at the forefront. I was also sharing common monthly goals to keep the motivation strong and help the team members understand the brand vision. As the teams were divided into different areas like digital marketing, product management, graphic designing, etc, it was crucial to connect them all together through whatsapp groups and emails to keep the flow strong. And the result was strong team unity and dedication towards our goals

Brand Strategy Manager

This was a chance for me to work directly with an award winning and driven female founder-Pari Choudhary. I was responsible for creating the overall communication strategy, social media content, PR pitches. Key takeaways: importance of customer satisfaction and the role every single customer plays in shaping the brand image for the long term.

-Created and incorporated marketing campaigns on Instagram that led to a turnover of 3+Lakh INR per day
-Transformed the brand loyalty and engagement of the brand with creative captions that levelled up the brand from 200K to 600K (and is now 1Million) over a span of 4 months
-Posted effective stories every 20 minutes on Instagram to reach out to Target Audiences worldwide, majorly India and UAE, monitoring the daily traffic
-Researched around 30+ influencers and artists and pitched them a PR plan to increase monthly ROI
-Created around 70+captions for Instagram posts and 2 blogs for the website
-Converted 90% of DM interactions, approximately 200 per day and responded to customer queries and feedback on Instagram

Challenge-Action-Result
One of the challenge I faced was missing out on a PR opportunity at Bunaai, and the action I took was to regularly keep a close watch on social media and high performing influencers and the result was a successful collaboration with artists like Shrenu Parikh, Urfi Javed and Tina Datta. I learned that every opportunity is a PR opportunity and it's important to stay in the buzz.
