Worked as a pro bono consultant as part of the Merage Consulting Project program where I led a group of 6 members to complete develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a new B2B software in the CPG industry. 

1. Performed competitive analysis and primary customer research to develop the GTM strategy
2. Helped devise top 3 ready-to-implement recommendations with examples and supporting research. 
3. Was able to learn new concepts and ideas in a short period of time and use that new knowledge to develop top recommendations and conclusions.

Merage Consulting Projects at UC Irvine  - Project Lead

UCI HyperXite - SpaceX Hyperloop Competition

Led a team of 45 undergraduate students with a $100,000+ budget.  Planned and executed an 11-month timeline for project that competed at the SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition and placed 11th worldwide.
•Oversaw day-to-day design and manufacturing of the pod used to compete, ensuring the project schedule was progressing efficiently and effectively and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
•Managed 8 technical sub-teams that ensured cohesive integration and seamless project flow in high-stress situations
•Main point of contact with vendors, advisors, sponsors and responsible for upholding contractual agreements
•Created new purchasing tracker using Excel that kept an accurate record of expenditures and fund accounts 
•Implemented new concise meeting agenda that cut weekly general and lead meeting times by 50%.

Project Manager

•   Managed the team of 3 responsible for social media, newsletters, official website, videos, and official graphics. Secured sponsorships and tracked all sponsorship agreements. 
•   Implemented new folder system that ensured files were easily accessible by all team members.

Outreach Team Lead

•   Managed social media pages, website, and biweekly newsletter for HyperXite.
•   Initiated new method of social media planning using Google Sheets that improved quality of posts and eliminated sponsor agreement errors. 
•   Used Adobe Illustrator to design new banner graphics that resulted in the best booth award among 26 competition finalist teams from all over the world.

Digital Coordinator

•   Developed a MATLAB code that determined multiple aerodynamic parameters to demonstrate total price per passenger was lower for a single aisle mid-range aircraft compared to a twin aisle
•   Represented each of the aircraft designs using the found parameters (front, side and top views) using SolidWorks.

Using engineering knowledge to help communities get access to clean water through sustainable water distribution systems. 
•Led a team of 20 to re-establish organization that designs water systems for villages without access to clean water 
•Participated in and organized brigades that designed water distribution systems for communities in Honduras.

Helped organize and attended Engineering Brigade to San Lorenzo, Honduras where a group of engineers used their engineering skills to empower communities who do not have access to clean water.

UCI Engineering Conference

At UCI Engineering Conference, we aim to provide students with a hands-on experience to solve contemporary problems through education, collaboration, and debate, while investing in sustainable solutions.

• Worked with cofounder to develop mission and vision of the organization prior to recruiting additional team members 

• Managed a team raised budget of $70,000 and led an establishing team of 15 members to organize a 3-day conference that hosted 170+ applications for pilot event in May, 2018 that raised $5,000 for NPO Engineers without borders

• Helped develop conference programs, case studies, and train committee chairs on rules of debate sessions.

I have experience working in cross-functional teams, planning and executing, and budgeting. I further developed my business skills through my MS degree and my previous experiences being the project manager of HyperXite, UC Irvine’s team of 45 undergraduate students that placed 11th globally at the Fourth SpaceX Hyperloop Pod Competition and a founder of the UCI Engineering Conference that aims to develop debate and public speaking skills amongst undergraduate engineering students.
