A fitness coach told me,


 "Aayushi, I have 101K followers… 
but I barely make ₹5,000 a month. I can’t figure out why.”

I asked him, “If you had to guess, why do you think this is happening?”

I rewrote his posts using my simple framework:
 ✅ Strong hook (grabs attention instantly)
 ✅ Clear niche (speaks to ONE ideal client persona)
 ✅ Simple language (no jargon, easy to follow)
 ✅ Specific transformation (clear, tangible results)
 ✅ Human voice (builds trust & emotional connection)

When he read my version, he frowned:

when I had 0 followers. (Understandable right?)
Then I had 238 followers, made my first $200.
495 followers - $1000.
1235 followers - $17,000.

I hated this...


Last month, someone asked me to introduce myself.
I did.
But, 
halfway through, I realized something that stayed with me all day:
My entire identity was wrapped around my work.

And I had nothing else to say.
That realization made me uneasy.
I felt sad.

Not because I don’t love what I do
But because I couldn’t separate “me” from my job title.

Later that night, I grabbed a pen and tried to write about who I really am.

And all I could come up with was:
“I’m a business coach who helps brands grow online, build a fanbase, and get paid well for it and I love coffee”

That’s it.
Nothing more.
And it scared me.

So I asked my side chick for help:
Not a person but ChatGPT 😅

And this is what it gave me: 12 questions to find me again:
What makes you angry without fail?
What’s something you’d defend, no matter what?
When do you feel the most you?
What’s your comfort show or book?
What's something weird or small that brings you joy?
If you could eat 3 foods forever, what would they be?
Are you more introverted or extroverted?
Do you procrastinate or plan ahead?
Do you have a catchphrase?
What’s a secret dream you never talk about?
What terrifies you and fascinates you?
What’s a memory you keep going back to?
It took me 3 days to answer these.
And I can’t tell you how much lighter I felt afterward.

If you’ve ever caught yourself thinking:
"Who even am I outside of work?"

Please try this. It helped me breathe again.

You deserve to know yourself beyond your LinkedIn headline.

These silent mistakes are killing your authority (and your sales)

Last week, a parenting coach said,

One of the biggest reasons you struggle to create content 
that actually sells is simple:

You overthink the strategy, the hook, the copywriting.

Your job is to remove resistance.
Don’t sell.
Instead, ask. Provide clarity. Ask again.
Your job is to help people understand why your solution will help them, and why they need it now.

7. You win the call in the discovery.
That’s where closes are made.
A great discovery prevents:
 • Objections.
 • Excuses.
 • Delays.
Finally...

8. Rejection isn’t personal.
It’s misalignment, or your pitch missed the pain. Tweak it, implement feedback and grow!

I wish being a woman was easier.


I know being a man isn’t easy either…
But their whole life doesn’t flip upside down in a single day.

After marriage, you leave behind your room.

Here’s the only mindset shift that helped me stop procrastinating and finally get things done.

I used to give myself orders all day long:

- “Go to the gym.”
- “Write the email.”
- “Just start the project.”

And every time, I’d resist.

Not because I didn’t want to do it but because being told what to do (even by myself) felt heavy, forced, and stressful.

Then I made one simple change:

❌ Instead of giving commands 

✅ I started asking yes-or-no questions.

Like this:

- “Will I go to the gym today?”
- “Will I spend 10 minutes on this task right now?”
- “Will I take one small step toward this reel today?”

It sounds simple, but it flipped a switch.

The second you ask, your brain has to decide.

And decisions spark motion.

And it works with others too.

Leading a team? Coaching someone? Giving feedback?

Instead of saying:

- “You should work on this.”
 
 Try:
 
- “Will you commit to working on this today?”

It lowers resistance and invites ownership.

Suddenly, it's their decision, not your command.

Since making this shift, I’ve:

✅ Been more consistent in the gym
✅ Written more content without the mental struggle
✅ Taken action on ideas I used to overthink


👉 Try this today:

Ask yourself (or someone else):

“Will I do this?”

Say the answer out loud.

Then act.
