*Creating jobs of women advocates to build local community around a bike friendly culture.  *Diversifying and simplifying the way women shop for clothing and gear to support all types of bicycle riding. 
*Bringing together brands to increase conscious consumerism and create more opportunity for sustainable manufacturing.
*Empowering women who are avid cyclists to broaden their use of the bicycle while inspiring other women to have the courage to try.
