Acting as a Talent Acquisition Manager:
Lead a Talent Acquisition Team:
- Oversee team performance and give an advice and solutions as required, solve hiring issues and make sure that Talent Acquisition processes meet the expectations.
- Manage and evaluate department and team productivity, and set work priorities according to hiring plan and business needs.
- Report all work activities, team & department performance, and current and future hiring requests.
