Meetings: A significant portion of my day is spent in meetings with a variety of stakeholders. This may include meetings with current or potential portfolio companies, discussions with other VC firms, and internal meetings with the team.

Investment sourcing and evaluation: I'm responsible for identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities. This may involve reviewing business plans, conducting market research, and meeting with entrepreneurs and business leaders.

Portfolio company management: I provides ongoing support and guidance to portfolio companies to help them grow and scale. This may involve working with the management teams to develop and execute on business plans, providing mentorship and strategic advice, and connecting them with other resources and networks.

Fundraising: I'm responsible for raising capital for the venture capital firm. This may involve meeting with limited partners, preparing presentations and investment materials, and negotiating terms with investors.

Operations: I'm responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing budgets, overseeing staff, and working with the team to develop and execute on the company's long-term strategy.

Networking and outreach: I'm often a public face of the company, representing the company and promoting its brand and mission in the startup community. This may involve attending events, speaking at conferences, and building relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and business leaders.

I founded and managed the first vertical and comprehensive automotive marketplace in Morocco, which experienced a remarkable annual growth rate of 100%. I effectively managed the venture from its inception to my successful exit in June 2022. Today, I am proud to say that Moteur.ma, the venture I founded, is the #1 automotive marketplace in Morocco.
