And also, act faster, stay well informed, and acquire more confidence to manage the performance efficiently. I’m passionate about data science & analytics and I strongly believe that if we can’t measure a problem with data, we can’t improve it. I have been a key driver and thought leader in setting the roadmap of the management control system which is built over 5 years including several structural projects. My philosophy in today’s VUCA world it’s as follows: If you want to sustain in the market and pivot to the future, you should act differently to enhance your dynamic capabilities instead of maintaining a one-size-fits-all approach.
