•	Conducted weekly vulnerability assessments at SDSU’s seven colleges and six other entities, such as a remote campus and college of extended studies using Qualys.
•	Led engagement meetings & technical discussions with university system administrators to increase cost efficiency in software purchases through a detailed cost analysis. Saving $2,000,000 initially by consolidating eight virtual server environments, and potentially $200,000 dollars in annual software license renewal costs.
•	Chosen to deliver a security awareness presentation discussing password security and password management using LastPass.
•	Worked with cloud computing technology to assist university researchers with improving the archiving, backup, and storage of their data. 
•	Researched disaster recovery options in the cloud environment and provided insight to system administrators to help update their business continuity/disaster recovery plans. 
•	Prepared white paper documentation for the leaders of seven colleges at SDSU, which aided in increasing their understanding of the Provost Office’s cloud-environment conversion initiative.  
•	Engaged with system administrators from 7 colleges at SDSU to gather information and complete the IT reports that are handled by the Assistant Vice-President of Academic Affairs, on behalf of the Provost’s Office. 
•	Managed weekly desktop issues that were reported via ServiceNow and installed/configured applications for office staff

Vice President

The Secretary has the responsibility of maintaining the record of the process of business within the organization. It is the responsibility of the Secretary to use such means as may be required to establish the order motions, those who have seconded and made the motions and the final disposition of the motion by the assembly. The secretary must be very organized and keep detailed notes of all scheduled meetings and impromptu meetings. The Secretary must also disseminate the previous minutes and current agenda prior to each scheduled meeting. The Secretary must keep the chapter calendar organized and updated with relevant events. Agendas for regularly scheduled meetings must be sent out 24 hours ahead of time. All reports must be sent to the secretary 48 hours in advance to guarantee prompt agenda submission.
