Delivering IFRS 9 and capital reporting and analysis for TSB’s unsecured products (Credit Cards, Unsecured Loans and Overdraft Accounts).

Primary focus is on two key areas:
•	IFRS 9 & Migration and;
•	IRB & Standardised capital reporting within TSB’s governance framework

Key responsibilities include: 
•	Production and delivery of IFRS 9 Unsecured results, including variance and trend analysis and business interpretation;
•	Contribution to the design, testing and implementation of IFRS 9;
•	Migration of current Basel models (PD/EAD/LGD) and reporting from existing systems to new solution;
•	Production and delivery of IRB and Standardised Unsecured Capital results;
•	Production of regulatory reporting (FSA, COREP and Pillar III returns);
•	Contribution to Risk function including ICAAP reporting and Bank of England surveys;
•	Supporting TSB and Group’s wider growth objectives in line with risk appetite;
•	Support monitoring of risk models balancing capital optimisation and capital prudence;
•	Manage self to ensure adherence to TSB risk and compliance policies and relevant external regulatory frameworks;
•	Delivering successful joint completion of non-technical annual validation of Unsecured risk models and processes;
•	Developing innovative and pioneering solutions tackling business issues and concerns;
•	Using SAS and Excel at an advanced level to evaluate and interrogate data and;
•	Senior stakeholder management.

•	Producing and submitting final accounts, CT600s and Annual Returns to HMRC and Companies House.
•	Producing and submitting quarterly VAT returns to HMRC including TOMS calculations.
•	Calculating tax deferment and liability using capital allowances (Annual Investment Allowance).
•	Maintaining an understanding on HMRC guidelines and UK GAAP/IFRS standards when preparing financial accounts.
•	Updating asset register and calculating depreciation.
•	Analysing financial statements to highlight performance peaks and troughs compared to previous years.
