Prepared hierarchy of JAPCO, JTECO & JTEBH MASTER DATA in SAP ERP Software along with HR Department & Account Department.
Review, analyze and verify payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments through established procedures.
Create and load payroll data batches using SAP ERP Now for, one-time payments, hours worked, overtime and deductions adjustments.
Assist the HR Managers, Financial Controller and Finance Managers on specific items (maintain knowledge on and provide information of legislative changes with payroll impact).
Reviews, analyzes and checks payroll reports including final settlements for accuracy and makes necessary adjustments or corrections through specific entries or other established procedure such as breakdown simulation.
Monitoring leave balance reports as well as leave pays of employees.
Provide frequent and clear communications regarding the status of initiatives of changes and work that is in progress.
Perform a variety of general administrative support work; establish and maintain payroll files; assist with special projects (Costing Reports , BPC Project, BI Project) and tasks as assigned.
Assisting the associate dean of financial operations and HR manager in various financial or HR projects that have a payroll, budget and costing component.
Keeping organization management(OM) data upto date and overseeing the payroll distribution (loans, off cycle, other pay, deductions,time constraint, accruals, costing etc) and monthly financial reconciliation process for all payroll, including reconciliation against actual contracts.
Playing a vital role in updating the database of employees on the government site. Ensuring about GOSI for Saudis & Expats with legal officer. 
Providing accounting data such as gross salary, ESI, annual cost, list of active employees etc. to the finance team for audit purpose.
Providing my duty as an end user to prevent any type of errors in SAP HCM and SAP Payroll.
