Pre-Contract Responsibilities

•	Thorough review of proposed contracts against established policies, guidelines and the company's risk profile to identify critical issues.
•	Preparation of contract checklists to report to higher management and to maintain contract consistency.
•	Identification/mitigation of business and legal risks in prospective and existing contracts.
•	Negotiate contracts with developers and employers to minimize risks and costs to the company.
•	Drafting and review of Non-Disclosure agreements (NDA), Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and Cooperation Agreements.

Post-Contract Responsibilities

•	Thorough understanding of the Project Documents including the construction contract, the equipment supply contract, the project coordination deed and the energy purchase agreements.
•	Drafting, submission and record maintenance of all contractual letters, notices & email correspondence with the employer, the subcontractors and all stakeholders.
•	Preparation and submission of milestone statements while tracking the progress of the Project and collecting the relevant supporting documents.
•	Preparation and submission of extension of time and increased cost claims while keeping in view the contractor's entitlement under the contract and collection of necessary supporting documents.
•	Bonds/securities tracking and requisite correspondence with the employer regarding reduction and extension of bonds/securities.
