VCCircle (B2C, media) - VCCircle.com is the pre-eminent source of news, information, data, and analysis on alternative investments in India. The platform covers deals, exits, M&As, investors, investments, entrepreneurship, management, and strategy. It was the first website in India to have launched a premium subscription model.

Some Achievements:
• Streamlined subscription process for VCCircle, leading to a 60% increase in revenue and a 35% 
 reduction in churn rate.
• Introduced a new plan VCCEdge Pro, achieving a remarkable 25% increase in new client acquisitions
   and 60% upgrade rate among existing clients, propelling revenue growth.
• Implemented cross-product features through API integration between VCCEdge and VCCircle, resulting in a 5% increase in common subscribers for both the products.

Technoxom was a well-funded startup conceptualized and funded by the Paramount Group (renowned real estate developers). The startup strived to  provide innovative web based  products through which it intended to solve the problems in  the Infrastructure sector in India.  It was originally conceived in 2015 and discontinued its operations in 2017. The startup is no longer in operation.

About the product(s): 
Infraprix was a B2B e-commerce marketplace for bulk buying of building materials and interiors at the best price. It was a technology platform that provided the best deal to the buyer (real estate developers, infrastructure companies etc). It was the first platform in the infrastructure industry in India that introduced real time bidding by the manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers for selling bulk construction material.

Role:
• Responsible for defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the startup founders.
• Led the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of the product from 0 to 1.
•Supervised BRDs / PRDs, wireframes, mock-ups, flowcharts and presentations to support various business functions.
•Plan and execute the product launch, working with marketing and sales to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
•Deeply understanding customer needs (buyer and the seller side respectively), pain points, and behaviours through face-to-face interactions in order to find the best solution to the problem.
•Conducted market research, competitor analysis, pest analysis to find the best solution to the customer problem.
•Analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterating on the product as needed.

Role
Became a co-founder after a thorough analysis of the Indian food industry. The Eattreat Facebook group became a customer needs understanding platform for me and it finally paved the way for me to experience the startup journey.

• Created Business Plan and presented it to a large pool of Angel, VC and PE investors.
• Devised the vision and the strategy for the product.
• Outlined detailed specifications and established business requirements for the product.
• Managed the product design, development from idea conceptualization to product launch.

• Conceptualized and launched a toolbar for job search, RSS services, blog, and chat application for job 
   search and apply. This initiative led to an increase in daily user traffic from 2 million to 3.5 million.
