As the Director of Business Development at Ciconia Systems, I am responsible for acquiring and managing new research projects, collaborating with partners and customers, and creating innovative IT solutions. I have a PhD in Industrial Engineering from HESAM Université and Arts et Métiers ParisTech, and a Master's degree in Business Consulting from Hochschule Furtwangen University. With over 10 years of experience in research, development, and education, I have a strong background in AI, apps, platforms, and emerging technologies. I am also a guest lecturer at Furtwangen University, where I teach Smart Service Innovation, a course that covers the technologies involved in service innovation. I am a board member of the ICE IEEE conference, and have published multiple papers on service prototyping, virtual reality, and augmented reality.
