Warranty Service Manager

- Managed a major and complex design & build project valued at 25M SAR with one of the organization's most prestigious clients in petrochemical field.
- Managed a lean six sigma project in one of the LOBs that resulted in 32% savings in operating expenses while not affecting customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Managed an IT project in one of the LOBs to digitize and automate one of the organization's most critical processes.

Project Manager

• Established a cross-functional committee to review the progress quality issues on a weekly basis.
• Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints to the OEM whilst keeping the concerned personnel informed.
• Gather information & data statistics on complaints including root cause analysis as well as recommendations solutions for Management review and evaluation.
• Support in identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of QMS systems, processes, and practices while taking into account international leading practices, improvement of business processes, and cost reduction and providing recommendation to the Quality Management.

Young Leader Program - Quality & CI Engineer

•	Responsible for handling & closure of customers’ product quality issues received via phone, email, as well as any government bodies.
•	Obtain necessary information /updates from other departments for the resolution of the product quality issues.
•	Escalate all unresolved issues/complaints to the OEM whilst keeping the concerned personnel informed 
•	Gather information & data statistics on complaints including root cause analysis as well as recommendations solutions for Management review and evaluation.
•	Take initiative steps to address any issue that is affecting the daily operational work that needs corrective actions.
•	Take lead in preparing, compiling and coordinating reports/working papers for presentation to the Management.
•	Ensure complaint handling are in accordance to the existing regulations and guidelines.
