Finding the suitable, cost-effective, and most innovative solution as per business requirements.
We start by doing research on possible solutions for the given requirement(s), after detailing with the business development and management team, then we develop a proof of concept to demo the product and/or solution developed, after confirmation of functionality we either hand over the work to the operation team, or, if it requires special deployment skills, we develop and deploy it ourselves.

Senior Computer and Information Research Scientist

Developed an automatic Attention Assessment System based on eye contact, sound response time and joint responses. It was meant to autonomously measure and enhance autistic kids interaction level with robots during interactive therapy sessions.
Developed a Real-Time Auromatic Classroom Attention Assessment System based on each student's eye contact during a classroom.
Published 1 journal and 1 conference papers. with 2 more in progress (1 journal + 1 conference).

Media Studio for NGO

Technical administration in TV studios
I was responsible for building and packing the whole studio in every year with a team of media and IT professionals. I was a senior member in the leading committee, we were responsible of planning for the whole season and generating new technical ideas to develop our studio.

Electrical Technician
I was also responsible for the electrical connections and for maintaining the used equipment earthed and supplied with electricity the whole streaming time with the least possible noise. We were dealing with very sensitive media mixers and systems.

Research and Development
I was involved in the research and development committee that was initiating solutions for new systems introduced in the studio to meet the basic systems used in our studio and to find the cheapest possible technical solution. Few solutions were considered as inventions since they combine old (1995) and new systems together.
