Part of the project included working on ERP software that allowed to use a system of integrated applications (Legacy systems) to manage the business.

•Created manual payments and entered bank Information for the vendors.
•Entered Sales Invoices/ Journal Vouchers/ Standard Journal Vouchers/ RCTS.

Financial Data Migration Officer

Group 4 Securicor is a British multinational security services company. The head-office in Abu Dhabi wanted a centralized database with all the guards information on one sheet. During this one month project,  I was given the responsibility to collate and create a database, which is accessible with all security guards information.

•Created security guard’s personal information data base using MS Excel worksheet.
•Contacted other region’s branches for staff info.

Emirates telecommunication company (Etisalat) is the leading and largest telecom company in the U.A.E. Etisalat carried a project in the beginning of 2006 to streamline their customer information database. The 4 months project was for fast & better way to access customer’s accounts by linking their internet / mobile and personal landline.

•Updated customer’s information using UCI System (Unique Customer Identifier).
•Supervised & trained group of over 20 employees.
•Used call master for outbound calls to contact customers to gather information.
•Created, modified & reviewed entered data. 
•Worked on linked accounts & deleted duplicate accounts.
