Before all else, I am a Son, a Brother, a Husband, and a Father. Everything that I do both personally and professionally, is aimed at making me a more valuable contributor to the improvement of day-to-day life for my loved ones. During the first 7 years out of school, I took the time to dabble in different industries, in different roles, to better understand my strengths, my weaknesses, and solidify my understanding of who I am, and what I want from this short time I've been given to lead a purposeful life. What I learned along the way, is that in staying true to my name, I am above all else, a servant. Today, I serve the most promising Tech companies in Toronto and their employees by helping them attract and develop the top talent that this country has to offer. Putting people first is not enough on it's own, but it is the most important aspect of leadership - something that can be proven by the results my teams have delivered, and continue to deliver today.
