My journey as a Marine Corps veteran, coupled with extensive experience in data analytics consulting, financial analysis, recruiting, and supply chain management, has cultivated a strategic and adaptable mindset. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), I am passionate about empowering others through data literacy and am highly proficient in designing, developing, and delivering robust Power BI solutions and training programs, with Power BI being my most utilized tool. At Significance, I've leveraged my Power BI expertise to create streamlined reporting mechanisms, enabling clients to gain critical insights into government fund utilization and optimize their financial execution across finance, security, HR, and civilian labor. My analytical toolkit also includes SQL, along with a working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, Domo, R, Python, and Sigma, acquired through various projects. The discipline, perseverance, and teamwork I've cultivated as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor are principles I apply daily to overcome complex business challenges and drive meaningful impact.
