As a member of the Competition Area during the FIBA Basketball World Cup and the previous preparation matches of Spain vs Senegal and USA vs Slovenia, I was responsible for:
- Being the contact person of the participant national teams of Spain, Senegal, USA, Angola, Australia, Lituania, Slovenia, South Korea and Mexico for all the things related with the practice sessions and matches: schedule of practice court and weightlifting sessions, materials needed (ice, water, balls, towels, etc.), lockers, etc.
- Coordinating with the other areas of the organisation involved in the needs of the competition: logistics, arena management, cleaning department, sports presentation, medical department, etc. 
- Supervising that all facilities were ready for practices and matches, meeting the specifications stablished by Spain Basketball Federation, USAB and FIBA for the different competitions
- Organising and coordinating 60+ volunteers in two different duties everyday to cover the different positions needed in the competition area (mops, balls, lockers, benches, etc.)

Participant in an ‘on the job’ training programme while working as a pre sales engineer. The objective of the Sales Talent Programme was to get recently graduated students in technical degrees and train them to become account managers in the Corporate segment while working as pre sales engineers. During one year we had theoretical courses on subjects related to sales while we were working hand to hand with the sales team. As I learned fast, after 8 months of the training programme, I started to manage several accounts by my own under the supervision of the boss. 

Main achievement: helping my colleagues of the sales department to acquire 3 of the top 10 accounts of the region and, by my own, acquisition of one account and development of 5 accounts.
