In this role, I led the creation of the company's first SEO team, consisting of four skilled professionals. I was responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive SEO strategy, which included technical SEO enhancements and a dynamic content creation process, all organized within a framework of clearly defined quarterly OKRs.

Our strategic efforts and collaboration with the technical team led to an impressive 892.34% growth in organic traffic and a 58.86% increase in new customer acquisition over two years.

A key focus for me was automating SEO-related processes and improving our information architecture, which greatly increased our operational efficiency and SEO performance.
