Have conceptualized and executed this study and have disseminated learnings with stakeholders across the organisation. The last edition executed in 2014.
e)	Satisfaction Studies – Conceptualized and executed satisfaction study projects for customers, channel partners and product. This helped the organisation benchmark its products, services, policies and practices. The last edition executed in 2016.
f)	Authored a best practices case study for HSBC Cash Management Guide 2010.
