Royal Mail group is a postal service in UK, and I worked as a Business Analyst supporting Mainframe and Java Team to understand clients needs and implement the solution. The solution was driven to target the problem: To digitalize their paper-based Mailing process and provide them with a platform that can be used to modify the legacy business process.

The project was to build a portal for Layby employees that can be used to check the sales, generate reports. This involved working with Java Team from scratch i.e. requirement gathering, working with stakeholders, documenting requirements and breaking them into tasks for different sprints. JIRA was used for task and sprint tracking and to keep a track of product backlog. Data was loaded in SQL server and functionality test was performed after each sprint. It involved final presentation to client to showcase the developed portal and providing a live demo of the project.
