1) Lead Vape Portfolio revamp for Spinach portfolio to deliver a best to market product and deliver against path to profitability. Developed insights for Vapes by analyzing the US & Canadian markets to utilize them towards new launches and capturing market share within the category.
2) Revamped Spinach Vape Pricing for current portfolio as well as for new products coming into the market to deliver higher profitability and be be more competitive.
3) Lead new line extension launches for the Vape portfolio to build the 1G Vape portfolio and exit the 0.5G business for a more holistic Vape Portfolio by leading cross functional teams.

1) Strategized & Executed a Checkout Code Inclusion feature for Walmart.ca by articulating feature requirements & defining proposed case to increase checkout conversions.
2) Strategized a tech roadmap for the tech features for a more dynamic Online Grocery site by doing an analysis on the end-to-end customer experience for domestic and international competitors.
3) Led a project to redesign Walmart.ca, helped create and communicate the refresh strategy – including getting buy-in from key stakeholders. Reshaped roadmap to address new goals.

1) Conducted an analysis for thermostat performance on Endcap vs non-Endcap period at Lowe’s vs other retailers to analyze the ROI on payment for Endcaps.
 2) Developed a store segmentation model for thermostats to distinguish top performing stores from the rest on different KPI’s for the US & Canadian market.
 3) Created a dashboard to display sales data for Ecobee products across all retailers in the Canadian & the US markets.
 4) Won a Hackathon by ideating a common hub for communication between engineers and business people in the workplace through personality trait recognition and back end coding.

Business Analyst Intern

1) Led the commercialization process to launch a new Folgers K-Cup coffee line extension by analyzing current trends and consumption data through Nielsen for the current SKU.
2) Recommended the coffee team to not launch Ready To Drink in the Canadian market for the introduction of a new coffee brand in 2019 by doing an ROI analysis.
3) Led the commercialization process for a Folgers Roast & Ground SKU to save it from being delisted at a specific retailer. Created and presented an upsizing request to the leadership team, developed packaging with the design agency and managed a cross-functional team.
4) Developed the design for two coupons for Folgers K-Cup Dark Roast to be used during our Sample Source program by working with a design agency, coupon agency.
5) Briefed the agency to create the website for a new brand launch in the coffee category.

Product Marketing Manager Intern

1) Strategized the automotive truck pages on the canadiantire.ca website by analyzing data and getting assets from the vendors. 
2) Spearheaded multiple projects leading a team of designers, copywriters, authors, merchandisers by designing the strategy and vision for all pages in the Truck section for the entire team to execute.
3) Recommend future campaign strategies by analyzing Google Analytics for past campaigns to see success and failures.
4) Designed a new interactive Dealer Video Portal for vendors by analyzing Vendor needs and creating a smooth online journey for them.

Digital Content Strategy Co-Op

1) Designed an SEO driven content hub for Loreal Paris Haircolour by identifying key trends, reducing bounce rate and increasing time spent onsite
2) Created weekly dashboard tracking week-over-week, and year-over-year brand and competitor trend performance
 3) Designed consumer personas and journeys's for all of LOP Hair colour consumers to better understand and segment our target market.
 4) Provided future recommendations for management to adopt for 2018 in order to complete my project of providing a 360 degree omni channel experience for the Hair Colour consumer.
