- Pivoted product strategy to focus on the Enterprise market by building enterprise readiness and introducing a first-of-its-kind full-stack assessment platform that was instrumental in growing ACV by 40% YoY.
- Improved user engagement of HackerRank’s developer community by overhauling UX, removing clutter and introducing progress badges leading to +36% growth in Monthly Active Developers
- Drove experiments using AI models to assess candidate fit based on modeling of prior successful hires. The project did not yield materially positive results due to lack of sufficient data.
