Binary Star

Worked at Binary Star as a lead 3D artist. The studio built an in-house game engine and a first person shooter game but failed to release the game due to higher management conflicts.

    • Co-ordinated and managed a team of 3D artists
    • Interfaced with the technical leads on artists requirements
    • Produced key in game assets
    • Worked with the higher management on defining game requirements

Photon Animation

At Photon I worked with the Director, Trevor Hawkins, in developing the look of the show ‘The Adventures of Voopa the Goolash’ a kids show. The big challenge with this show was that it was based entirely in the forest and had a very tight production deadline (one week for a 15 minute episode-delivered).

• Created a workflow to generate unique computer generated forest environments in a tight deadline
• Interfaced with the technical leads of other departments and the director to define show requirements
• Created key environments and effects shots for the show

CREST ANIMATION STUDIOS, INDIA

Worked with Crest Animations as a Senior effects TD for 4 years. Worked on various shows for networks such as cartoon Network, PBS and Nickelodeon. 

      • Defined requirements and built briefs for effects shots
      • Managed production workflow of shots requiring visual effects
      • Produced key challenging effects shots 
      • Coordinated and managed a team of effects artists
