A product manager with keen focus on solutions that add value to the lives of customers and drive business metrics. Started out my product journey with IBM where I was part of a team of IBM scholars that worked on B2B offering that focussed on building a product to bring about energy efficiencies in the highly expensive European utilities market. Interviewed business clients to understand their pain points and translated the same into a visual representation of the product's value using the 'Value Proposition Canvas' framework. Subsequently, the same was translated into feature requests based on business priorities to fine tune the solution. Provided an overview of the entire business using the 'Business Model Canvas' framework and presented the same to IBM Italy's top management. Tried my hand at building a product in the FMCG space. This was a P2P cross border food delivery platform. Tested out the intent with sign-ups on an Unbounce landing page. Built out the concept with a Wordpress site as the MVP to gather the next level of intent through order generation. Forayed into the much hyped Blockchain space and wrote a White-paper on building a B2B blockchain marketplace for packaging materials. The concept was funded and it currently has close to 350 businesses as partners. Worked as a Product Manager at Clinikk Healthcare to fulfill the financial and healthcare needs of 600 million underserved people in India. It was the first platform to provide a full-stack vernacular primary care solution to users at pocket friendly prices.
