• Led the development of a cutting-edge platform that revolutionized the recruitment process, resulting 
   in a 10x increase in speed for recruiters.
• Collaborated closely with the product team to enhance and optimize the recruiter dashboards, enabling 
   job creation within minutes and streamlining the entire hiring process.
• Facilitated seamless integration between our platform and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), 
   eliminating the need for complex setups and enabling recruiters to connect directly with their preferred 
   ATS.
• Ensured real-time synchronization of data across all modules, providing recruiters with instant access 
   to the most up-to-date information.
• Empowered companies to create comprehensive job journeys even without an ATS connection, allowing 
   them to easily hire top-notch candidates.
• Developed a comprehensive suite of modules to enhance the recruitment process, including Screening, 
   Quizzes, Collecting Secretive Information, Asynchronous One-Way Interviews, and Home Assignment 
   modules. Seamlessly integrated the Home Assignment module with GitLab, facilitating efficient 
   collaboration and streamlined workflow for recruiters.
• Implemented a sophisticated Queue system that intelligently synchronized logs with the ATS, 
   effectively bypassing rate limits imposed by the ATS APIs.
• Leveraged Redis cache to optimize data response times, delivering lightning-fast results for enhanced 
   user experience.
• Designed and implemented visually appealing user interfaces using Tailwind CSS, ensuring a user- 
   friendly experience for recruiters. Additionally, it connected the front end to the back end running on a 
   Nest.js framework hosted on an EC2 instance.
