As a product manager at Upscale, I contributed to developing and launching a new-age sales engagement platform that automates sales outreach using multiple channels. I established criteria for each milestone within the product roadmap, documented user stories and specifications, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to bring the product to market. I also monitored product performance and gathered customer feedback, prioritized features and balanced needs of customers with business goals, and deployed enhanced product features and optimized implementation for use in marketing strategies. I proactively managed customer relationships by resolving issues, understanding their needs, and offering hands-on support and guidance. I also took an active role in teaching and training customers to help them maximize the benefits of Upscale. I leveraged my skills in product analytics using Mixpanel and Airtable to measure and report on product metrics and outcomes and to manage and organize product data and workflows. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in UXD and Project Management at Technische Hochschule Ingolstadt, where I am learning how to design user-centric products and manage complex projects effectively. I have a post-graduate certification in Product Management from Duke University and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Rajasthan. I aspire to create innovative and impactful solutions that solve real-world problems and add value to users and businesses.
