Currently, I lead India operations for Vena, where I’m responsible for building and scaling our business unit while ensuring we maintain execution excellence across functions. Previously, I co-founded and led Innogent, a product and technology consulting company that worked closely with global startups and SaaS companies. That experience helped me develop a deep understanding of SaaS architecture, people strategy, and the nuances of delivering value across borders. My experience has reinforced a simple truth: India offers far more than cost arbitrage.
