Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team of senior healthcare recruiters.
Set clear performance expectations and goals for each team member.
Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
Assist team members in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain recruitment performance metrics and dashboards.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
Present regular reports to senior leadership on recruitment team performance and accomplishments.
