Business Development Manager

Responsibility:
• This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading BYJU's unique way of learning in your city.
• Our role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings and counsel the students on learning pedagogies and the BYJUS personalized learning journey.
• This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales and direct-

• I will be getting leads (mobile no. /landline no. of people) two days once.
• I will have to fix appointments with people for the weekends as a total of 8 bookings for two days which is again mandatory.
• You will have to sell the products on the spot if not you will have to make them buy within those two days
• Target of 3 lakhs for 15 days which is again mandatory.
