• Handle invoices and payment milestones for different projects. Raising invoices through the Oracle ERP portal, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

— Role: Supervision and Site management - 

•  Supervision and managing works at different multiple workplaces, such as, NPOL (Naval, Physical and Oceanographic Laboratory). 
•  To improve overall Business Process by coordinating and organizing day-to-day operations at the company. 
•  Maintaining and assessing inventory, tools and workforce. 
•  Assistance in Client Relationships, Documentation, Marketing and Weekly reporting.
•  Planned and executed the project of dismantling 5 cranes at NPOL within a time span of 4 months and an expense of around 8lakh without any extra additions in form of labors or materials, whereas the estimated minimum time of completion was 6 months and with an expected expenditure of 10lakh, thereby created a profit in terms of both time and expenses for company.
