As an Account Manager at Medtronic, I had the privilege of working with an incredible team of professionals to deliver life-saving medical technologies to patients in need. I was responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.

One of my proudest achievements was working on a project that delivered capsule endoscopy to patients' homes in collaboration with Amazon and NHS Cancer Alliances. This innovative approach helped to increase Medtronic's revenue stream while providing patients with a more convenient and comfortable experience.

In my role, I also developed and implemented sales strategies that helped to exceed revenue targets year after year. I worked closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that met their unique requirements.

•	Played a critical role in successfully launching La Roche Posay into the healthcare system in the UK as a top-performing Dermatology Account Manager for North London.
•	Focused on driving new business sales by introducing La Roche Posay as a professional dermatology product and establishing it as the leading brand for sensitive skin.
•	Identified and pursued new business opportunities with private practices and large organizations such as Lloyds and Boots, leading to a significant increase in sales of LRP within Boots by 18%.
•	Organized several successful large-scale events that brought together over 180 GPs and Consultants from hospitals to provide educational evenings and promote the products.

During my time as a Medical Lab Assistant with the NHS, I had the incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare field while balancing my rigorous academic schedule. 🩺💼

Juggling my university studies with this role allowed me to apply the knowledge I was acquiring in the classroom to real-world scenarios within the medical laboratory setting. It was a rewarding experience to see the practical application of my education and witness the impact of accurate and timely diagnostic testing on patient care.

Working alongside dedicated laboratory professionals, I assisted in various aspects of the laboratory workflow, including specimen handling, processing, and analysis. I actively contributed to maintaining quality control measures and ensuring the integrity of test results. 💉🔬

This experience not only deepened my understanding of the vital role that medical laboratory services play in healthcare but also honed my time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. It taught me the importance of attention to detail and adhering to strict protocols in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
