Manager of the UK digital function, responsible for the strategic planning and delivery of the Bank`s digital optimisation, innovation, analytical and transformation capabilities.
•	Managed a team of four, two developers, a content specialist and an analytics specialist. 
•	Implemented Covid customer support and of several customer forms, moving vital resources online. 
•	Launched Bounce Back Loan digital support as part of one of the government’s Covid-19 initiative, resulting in 5000 businesses taking out the loan.

I was responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of marketing communications activities to directly support all areas of UK mortgages. Based in the intermediary marketing team, I managed end-to-end online and offline campaigns to promote Post Office and Bank of Ireland mortgages.

After graduating I worked for Jelf Insurance Brokers, a leading independent consultancy providing expert advice on insurance, employee benefits, healthcare and financial planning for businesses and individuals.

As marketing executive my tasks included:

•	Management of the delivery of monthly email campaigns to support regional management and marketing campaigns including: promotions, renewals, cross sales. This includes managing email campaigns from testing to analysis as well as creating collateral to assist in the marketing campaigns. •	13 month work placement at the Mike Burton Group, a company constructed of Mike Burton Travel and Hospitality, England Rugby Travel and Lions Rugby Travel.

•	I was invited to rejoin the team in September (2013), working on a part time basis, where I learnt to manage my time effectively, balancing education and a career.

•	Rejoining the team in October 2013 I was also involved in the RBS 6 Nations, working on event collateral, website updates and as a key member of the event team at the away game locations.
