Plus, launched key products through new digital functions as part of the government’s COVID-19 initiatives, resulting in 5000 businesses taking out loans within the first 6 months; prioritised tasks for impact; and product owner of digital projects to improve the customer experience.

Senior Digital Manager

Responsible for the development, delivery and evaluation of marketing communications activities to directly support all areas of UK mortgages. Based in the intermediary marketing team, I managed end-to-end online and offline campaigns to promote Post Office and Bank of Ireland mortgages.
