1. 📱 Clé Coop (Cooperative Management Solution)
* Designed and prototyped the Clé Coop mobile app to make it easier for members of cooperative societies to manage their finances. From loan and credit sales requests to savings and wallet funding all in one  place.

     * Simplified the onboarding process across the mobile app and web solution, helping users get 
     started faster and contributing significantly to new client acquisition.

     Strengthened Clé’s business value by:

     * Streamlining the onboarding experience to make it easier for new clients to come onboard.

     * Adding data-powered features that support client promotions and help cooperative societies attract 
     more members using Clé’s online presence.

     Redesigned the company’s website to showcase all of Clé’s digital solutions not just the flagship 
     Cooperative Management product.

     The updated website delivers a smoother, more intuitive experience across all devices. With better 
     navigation, improved accessibility, and clear content structure, it drives stronger engagement and 
     makes it easier for users to discover Clé’s full offering.

The Shadow Board is an initiative that offers fresh and strategic perspectives on organizational issues. The teams also understudies and engages with Senior Executives and Management, to provide recommendations on organisational challenges for enhanced effectiveness.

Project Handled:  

* Review of the Organisation's Standard Operating Procedure.
   Reviewed and improved the organization's standard operating procedures, typically outsourced to consultants, completing the task within a 6-week timeframe.

FRIS-HR- Designed a modern HR management website that streamlines internal HR processes and enhances employee experience by automating and optimizing HR functionalities such as staff requests, training management, recruitment and onboarding, off-boarding, and comprehensive reporting.

User Experience Designer

Successfully implemented and managed an Hybrid Work schedule resulting in reduced organisation cost and employee cost. 

Co-planned and Implemented a Palliative measure to ease of the 2024 inflation rate on employees.

Spearheaded Annual Leave Scheduling preventing scheduling conflicts and guaranteeing essential roles are adequately covered.

Designed the succession plan matrix for management roles.

Designed employee’s training plan for 2024 tailored to each employee’s deficient competency areas needed for productivity.

Assistant Human Resources Lead

Executed a strategic direct purchase policy leading to a notable 20% reduction in consumable and expensed costs by elimination the profit margin included by contractors/vendors. 

*Simplified data entry and collection, enhancing user/employee overall experience.

*Oversaw the comprehensive management of company assets, ensuring their security, maintenance and insurance coverage, while proactively utilizing an Asset Management Software(FAMAS) to track and monitor assets efficiency. 

*Spearheaded the implementation of a paperless policy, resulting in a 90% reduction in the cost of purchasing papers. This also led to a more effective and efficient work process.

Designed a mobile app that serves as a trusted guide helping people who struggle with managing and maximising their financials whether it's choosing the right investments, finding the best places to save, or selecting suitable insurance plans to protect their assets and loved ones.

Designed, and prototyped an operational research lab and a researcher's website (Plexona), highlighting the process of submitting research papers by researchers along with the hierarchical work process for publishing research papers.
